TalkStik is provided by Elytiq LLC dba TalkStik. This page explains how to delete your TalkStik account, what happens to your data when you do, and how to request deletion if you can no longer access the app.
The fastest way to delete your account is in the TalkStik app:
Deletion is permanent and takes effect right away. It cannot be undone.
When you delete your account, we permanently delete:
Raw voice recordings are not stored long term in the first place. All recordings of raw voice data are deleted within twenty-four hours of the recording, whether or not you delete your account.
We retain personal information connected to your account only as long as necessary to provide the Services, unless a longer period is required or permitted for legal or compliance purposes. For details, see our Privacy Policy.
If you no longer have the app installed, or you cannot sign in, you can request account and data deletion by email. Contact [email protected] from the email address associated with your account.
We are required to verify deletion requests. We may ask you to provide certain information so we can confirm the request is really from you. You may also designate an authorized agent to make the request on your behalf.
Deleting your account does not cancel an App Store or Google Play subscription. Manage or cancel your subscription in your Apple or Google account.
